3rd October 2025 Feature updates: - Updated the details for selecting connections for workflow schedules to include connection IDs and connection names - Updated pagination design and added the ability to increase the number of records that can be displayed in each corresponding table

14th April 2025 Feature updates: - Added ability to attach invoices to CargoWise as Edoc's
28th March 2025 Feature updates: - Added Switchboard Mail which is a dedicated email account hosted by Switchboard. Switchboard Mail can be used as either a source or destination for data transfer.
25th March 2025 Feature updates: - Added functionality that allows manipulation of ingested data before reaching its destination through the use of Switchboard Plus
7th March 2025 Feature updates: - Ability to customise email settings so that users can opt to only received failed email notifications.
28th February 2025 Feature updates: - Connections can now be created with Airtable, Apparel Magic and Expedock systems.
23rd February 2025 Feature updates: - Released Switchboard Access; a platform that supports the uploading and downloading of CSV files for trading partners without systems or whose systems don't have other ways to integrate with it. - Added ability for organisations to create intra-company connections (ie connections between multiple systems within their organisation)
