Hugh saw the challenges of integrating supply chain businesses first hand while building and running a digital freight forwarding business. He started Switchboard because he saw the opportunity to eliminate manual processes and reduce the cost and difficulty of connecting with new trading partners; creating digital supply chains for businesses of all sizes and in all industries.
